What you will do

  • Manage and continuously improve OLIPOP’s onboarding program for new hires.
  • Manage the company’s engagement survey process, including vendor partnership, survey rollout, communications, and results analysis.
  • Plan and support employee experience programs that support onboarding, learning and development, and culture initiatives.
  • Partner with a third-party L&D vendor to deliver leadership and professional development programming.
  • Manage and support employee-facing People team communications, including newsletters and program announcements.
  • Support the launch and ongoing development of the company’s internal intranet and employee resource hub.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Employee Experience, Engagement, Learning & Development, People Programs, or a related People function.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience designing and running employee-facing programs such as onboarding, engagement surveys, learning initiatives, or internal culture programs with a data-driven approach.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs that involve multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budget ownership.
  • Experience working with or coordinating external vendors, particularly learning and development or engagement survey platforms.
  • Experience operating in a fast-growing company environment.
