  • Strengthen Sofar’s brand and drive ticket sales using local marketing tactics.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for your city’s monthly shows, themes, and locations.
  • Curate and book high-quality, diverse artists and venues for experiences.
  • Oversee show staffing and ensure excellent, hospitality-rooted guest experiences.
  • Manage financial performance for all local events.
  • Build relationships with local businesses for sponsorships and private events.

Requirements

  • Deep connections to your local community and music scene in Queens, New York.
  • 3-5 years of experience in live event curation, production, and promotions.
  • Proven experience in selling event sponsorships or marketing activations.
  • Ability to confidently pitch event concepts and close partnership deals.
  • Strong understanding of your city's neighborhoods and local cultural pulse.
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills, with a proactive approach.
