What you will do
- Coordinate core processes including job evaluation, market benchmarking, and salary bracket reviews.
- Develop and maintain tools for budgeting, forecasting, and share-based compensation management.
- Provide data-driven insights and regular analyses to support decision-making for HR leadership and business managers.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the group-wide total rewards strategy.
- Collaborate effectively with HR business partners to communicate and implement reward policies.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency is required for presenting complex HR topics and persuading stakeholders.
- Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace skills, particularly in data manipulation.
- Demonstrated project management track record within an HR or compensation function.
- Knowledge of at least one point-factor job evaluation methodology.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets for business use.
- Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required for this position.

- Practical experience with VBA or JavaScript for tool automation.
