TL;DR
Change Analyst: Facilitating and governing Change Management processes, including analysis and management of change requests within service management toolsets. Focus on identifying improvements, driving changes in function operations, and ensuring best practices are adopted.
Location: Primarily Leeds based, with expectation to work at client locations as required. Must be willing to do UK based travel for projects.

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end change lifecycle, identifying and documenting continual improvements.
- Act as the central point for change submissions and manage change requests.
- Arrange, chair, and record change details from Technical Review, Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB meetings.
- Report change to internal and customer management teams and ensure operational teams adhere to quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process.
- Support the Service Improvement in transitioning IT Services to an ITIL 4 compliant and ISO20000 accredited service.
Requirements
- Previous Change Management experience in an Enterprise environment.
- Delivery focused with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Good oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain effective control over many tasks in parallel.
- ITIL Foundation level certification is highly desirable.
- Must hold an active UK Security Clearance
