What you will do
- Oversee clinical quality standards and regulatory adherence across internal and external care delivery partners.
- Coordinate quality reviews and maintain performance dashboards to monitor vendor and team SLAs.
- Manage operational workflows for medication fulfillment and telehealth patient care.
- Investigate clinical escalations by analyzing EMR data and documentation.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and operational playbooks to standardize care processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to launch new clinical programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY or Princeton, NJ
- 2+ years of experience in clinical, healthcare, pharmacy, or digital health operations.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and digital health platforms.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Experience working with clinical service partners or vendors.
- Proficiency in operational tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or analytics/reporting platforms.
- Background in clinical quality assurance, chart audits, or protocol adherence.
