What you will do

  • Oversee clinical quality standards and regulatory adherence across internal and external care delivery partners.
  • Coordinate quality reviews and maintain performance dashboards to monitor vendor and team SLAs.
  • Manage operational workflows for medication fulfillment and telehealth patient care.
  • Investigate clinical escalations by analyzing EMR data and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and operational playbooks to standardize care processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to launch new clinical programs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY or Princeton, NJ
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical, healthcare, pharmacy, or digital health operations.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and digital health platforms.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with clinical service partners or vendors.
  • Proficiency in operational tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or analytics/reporting platforms.
  • Background in clinical quality assurance, chart audits, or protocol adherence.
