What you will do

  • Deploy, manage, and support Azure resources for client projects.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex Azure infrastructure issues, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Configure and troubleshoot Azure networking components.
  • Ensure Azure environments follow best practices for security, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and escalation resolution.
  • Document all project implementation steps, configurations, and escalation resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, industry certifications, and years of relevant professional experience.
  • Cloud certifications such as AZ-104 preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, Systems Engineering, or Cloud Operations roles.
  • Hand-on experience administering Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals and resource deployment.
  • Proficient in managing subscriptions, resource groups, and RBAC.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and declarative infrastructure concepts.
