What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate digital strategy execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, executable plans with defined milestones and success measures.
  • Develop agendas and coordinate leadership input on various items.
  • Enable industry and segment growth through data and reporting on DACS initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent application of operating models, quality standards, and governance across initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of projects and develop contingency plans for potential risks.

Requirements

  • Typically, a College or University degree or certification in computer science, information systems, or closely related disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of the Cat Dealer network and dealer decision-making dynamics.
  • Extensive experience in strategy, program management, business transformation, or digital adoption roles.
  • Proven experience with Project Management concepts and successful completion.
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Previous agile training.
