What you will do

  • Lead planning and delivery of OOH solutions for agencies and clients, ensuring high-level service and meeting KPIs.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and managing spend commitments with media owners.
  • Innovate client servicing approaches and promote creativity through data-led planning and technology.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop account teams including Account Directors and Managers.
  • Support client audits and collaborate with Trading and Investment teams.
  • Participate in internal groups and contribute to wider business initiatives and training.

Requirements

  • Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Experience in media planning with strong understanding of out-of-home (OOH) media.
  • Strong client relationship and team leadership skills.
  • Commercially minded with ability to multitask and think strategically.
