What you will do
- Coordinate closely with Overlay Teams to identify target opportunities and stakeholders.
- Facilitate outreach, collect background information, and conduct customer needs assessments.
- Communicate product value propositions, customize solutions, and develop implementation scopes.
- Execute collaborative active selling functions, including contract creation, terms development, and negotiation.
- Manage customer accounts, review utilization, provide ad-hoc support, and route issues.
- Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and execute contract renewals.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of prior work experience, preferably in a similar inside sales position.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and present to key decision-makers, especially within hospitals and health systems.
- Excellent account management skills and ability to manage external and internal business priorities.
- Ability to demonstrate and communicate value of sophisticated and complex products/technologies.
- Highly motivated, with proven ability to over-achieve individual and team based targets.
- Must be based in the USA and able to work hybrid (8 days/month) in Waltham, MA or Chicago, IL.
