What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges and define KPIs.
- Own the full analytics workflow, from transforming raw data in dbt to building dashboards in Sigma.
- Write SQL to solve complex modeling challenges and maintain a "single source of truth".
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to influence key decisions.
- Shape data governance and foster data literacy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a highly technical Data Analyst role.
- Proven experience with modern BI platforms (Sigma, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in complex data modeling and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines.
