What you will do

  • Build and nurture relationships with a targeted portfolio of global Advisory Firms and GSIs.
  • Act as a central coordination point, working with and through Regional Partner Managers to execute global strategies at a local level.
  • Drive accountability for Partner-led Pipeline generation by identifying joint value propositions and commercial opportunities.
  • Build rapport and trust with senior stakeholders within Advisory/GSI firms, effectively navigating their complex organizations.
  • Prioritize efforts in high-potential markets, specifically the US/North America, to optimize the partner ecosystem.
  • Evangelize the Backbase value proposition within partner organizations, ensuring their teams understand how to position and sell Backbase solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
  • Must have experience working within or managing relationships with Global System Integrators or top-tier Advisory Firms.
  • Deep knowledge of the Financial Services industry is a must.
  • Strong commercial acumen; B2B software sales knowledge is a distinct plus.
  • Proven track record of working in a matrix environment, demonstrating strong coordination skills and a hands-on, "get it done" attitude.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field.
