What you will do
- Support Project Manager in daily activities including task management, meeting facilitation, reporting, and escalations
- Guide users in setting up accounts and using the Recovery Tenant tool
- Deliver training and ensure effective user adoption of recovery systems
- Maintain and update user databases and tracking systems
- Coordinate onboarding processes and collaborate with stakeholders
Requirements
- Location: Must work hybrid from offices in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, Poland
- English: Fluent written and spoken (C1 level)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in user onboarding, training, and user management systems
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multitasking skills
