What you will do
- Develop and maintain web interfaces, promotional materials, and landing pages.
- Design intuitive user flows and dashboards for internal product web interfaces.
- Manage and refactor existing design systems to ensure consistency.
- Ensure the brand look and feel is maintained across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams, explaining design decisions and incorporating feedback.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in web or product design.
- Proficiency in Figma, including strong skills in components and Auto Layout.
- Deep understanding of design systems and experience in their maintenance.
- Strong visual design skills and ability to convey brand identity.
- Native Russian proficiency is required.
- English level: B1 minimum, sufficient for documentation and meetings.
- Ability to work at a fast pace within an international team structure.
Nice to have
- Basic motion design skills for UI animations and micro-interactions.
- Basic 3D modeling skills.
