What you will do

  • Own and manage product analytics, defining metrics and analyzing user behavior to identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize conversion rates across channels.
  • Manage Google Tag Manager and implement tracking in Rudderstack for accurate data capture.
  • Configure and maintain conversion tracking across marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking plans ensuring data consistency.
  • Own Amplitude analytics platform governance and enable effective use across teams.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in web or mobile event tracking is essential.
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager and familiar with Rudderstack or similar CDP platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion rate optimization and digital marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fully remote environment.
