What you will do
- Translate system-level quantum specifications into circuit simulations (classical and quantum).
- Oversee layout implementation.
- Conduct analysis and characterization targeted at superconducting quantum hardware using industry-standard software platforms such as Virtuoso, Spectre, and Clarity.
- Collaborate effectively internally and directly engage with end-users.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in quantum engineering.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to develop integrated Quantum Design Automation solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Must be based in San Jose.
Nice to have
- PhD in quantum engineering or a related field is highly valued.
- Familiarity with alternative quantum hardware modalities, including neutral atoms, trapped ions, and photonic systems, is advantageous.
