What you will do
- Lead strategic planning, coordination, and budgeting for marketing across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, and Malta.
- Drive regional user acquisition strategies and manage KPIs, budgets, and action plans for eaters, couriers, and merchants.
- Analyze performance trends and identify growth opportunities with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee marketing strategy and execution for new city and market launches through 360° multi-channel campaigns.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, Brand, and Design teams to optimize targeting, creative consistency, and ROI.
- Lead regional reporting and communications, presenting insights and recommendations in business reviews.
Requirements

- Proven experience managing regional or multi-market marketing strategies in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Comfortable working with performance data, budgets, and growth KPIs.
