What you will do
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to manage OTC areas (Billing, eInvoicing, Credit Management).
- Lead small projects or act as SME for OTC processes.
- Document business processes, user needs, ROI, and stakeholder requirements.
- Translate insights into product features and enhancements that deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT delivery teams to align product roadmap and technical solutions.
- Maintain and prioritize backlog of epics, features, and user stories.
Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
- Experience in global or offshore/onshore implementation environments.
- Agile Scrum Master experience is a plus.
- Background in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals, ideally with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of electronic invoicing standards (e.g., Peppol Exchange).
- Experience collaborating with outsourced support partners for system and business services.
