What you will do

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to manage OTC areas (Billing, eInvoicing, Credit Management).
  • Lead small projects or act as SME for OTC processes.
  • Document business processes, user needs, ROI, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Translate insights into product features and enhancements that deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT delivery teams to align product roadmap and technical solutions.
  • Maintain and prioritize backlog of epics, features, and user stories.

Requirements

  • Experience with end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
  • Experience in global or offshore/onshore implementation environments.
  • Agile Scrum Master experience is a plus.
  • Background in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals, ideally with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of electronic invoicing standards (e.g., Peppol Exchange).
  • Experience collaborating with outsourced support partners for system and business services.
