What you will do

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within the agency's client base and potential new clients.
  • Develop strategies to up-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospect for new business and close sales deals.
  • Provide support for inbound customer service and sales inquiries.
  • Generate weekly sales and pipeline reports, providing insights into sales performance.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience and a proven track record in telemarketing or indoor sales roles.
  • Must be proactive, tenacious, and self-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
