What you will do
- Manage inbound B2B leads, including qualification and prioritization.
- Allocate qualified leads to the sales team based on defined criteria.
- Operate outbound hunting and outreach mechanisms, working with external partners.
- Build and maintain lead management boards and workflows.
- Track lead performance across the customer journey and maintain operational visibility.
- Maintain and update sales-related marketing materials.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an SDR or similar lead-focused role.
- Familiarity with B2B lead qualification and routing processes.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce.
- Comfort working with dashboards, reporting, and data tracking.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
