What you will do

  • Manage inbound B2B leads, including qualification and prioritization.
  • Allocate qualified leads to the sales team based on defined criteria.
  • Operate outbound hunting and outreach mechanisms, working with external partners.
  • Build and maintain lead management boards and workflows.
  • Track lead performance across the customer journey and maintain operational visibility.
  • Maintain and update sales-related marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in an SDR or similar lead-focused role.
  • Familiarity with B2B lead qualification and routing processes.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce.
  • Comfort working with dashboards, reporting, and data tracking.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
