What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, IronSource, Unity, and Liftoff.
  • Analyze campaign data to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.
  • Track and report key performance metrics regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with advertising partners and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative user acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Remote work limited to EU countries or willingness to relocate to Hamburg, Germany.
  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, preferably in mobile gaming.
  • Proven expertise managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and SDK video networks in US and Tier 1 markets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative understanding of marketing to leverage high-performing campaigns.
