What you will do
- Oversee programs and projects in revenue growth and profitability management, ensuring high-quality requirements documentation.
- Act as the primary bridge between business teams and IT, translating business needs into detailed technical scope statements.
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects independently from conceptualization and planning to test execution and deployment.
- Define and implement governance frameworks and standards to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency across systems.
- Provide second-level support and coaching to local key users globally, resolving process and system-related issues.
- Monitor data flows and master data consistency while challenging the status quo to identify process improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Controlling, or Sales Systems.
- Proven track record in project or product management.
- Strong understanding of process management, data governance principles, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to independently run workshops, manage dependencies, and communicate with stakeholders across all hierarchy levels.
- Expertise in translating complex business concepts into structured, system-based solutions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with an attention to detail.
