What you will do

  • Oversee programs and projects in revenue growth and profitability management, ensuring high-quality requirements documentation.
  • Act as the primary bridge between business teams and IT, translating business needs into detailed technical scope statements.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects independently from conceptualization and planning to test execution and deployment.
  • Define and implement governance frameworks and standards to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency across systems.
  • Provide second-level support and coaching to local key users globally, resolving process and system-related issues.
  • Monitor data flows and master data consistency while challenging the status quo to identify process improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, Finance, Controlling, or Sales Systems.
  • Proven track record in project or product management.
  • Strong understanding of process management, data governance principles, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Ability to independently run workshops, manage dependencies, and communicate with stakeholders across all hierarchy levels.
  • Expertise in translating complex business concepts into structured, system-based solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with an attention to detail.
