What you will do
- Manage the delivery of annual Assessment of Value and Consumer Duty Value for Money assessments.
- Support the design and improvement of operational processes across the Product team.
- Coordinate product lifecycle reviews and track resulting actions.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit to implement governance frameworks.
- Prepare and enhance management information and reporting for committees and boards.
- Lead the development of templates and tools to support consistent product governance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of asset management and regulatory frameworks.
- Degree or equivalent, with professional qualifications (e.g., IMC, CFA, CAIA) highly desirable.
- Experience in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management.
- High attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Project management experience across cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of pooled product structures including UCITS and non-UCITS.
- Ability to adapt to regulatory change and embed best practice.
