What you will do

  • Source and place IT candidates across various roles including Project Managers, Architects, Analysts, Developers, Testers, and End User Support
  • Develop and implement innovative candidate sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain influential candidate relationships
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Manage time and organizational tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of agency recruiting or staffing experience, preferably in IT
  • Proven track record placing candidates through vendor managed programs
  • Ability to work in a performance-oriented environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High energy and motivation
