What you will do
- Manage daily activities and workload balancing of the raw material planning team.
- Lead succession management and talent development through training and feedback.
- Coordinate with site Planning Managers and cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
- Analyze and optimize inventory levels, using tools like SAP SLOB.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives following LEAN philosophy.
- Represent planning team in cross-functional projects and meetings.
Requirements
- College or university graduate with at least 5 years of supply chain, planning, and inventory management experience.
- Proficient in SAP.
- Fluency in English required; German or Dutch knowledge is advantageous.
- Based in or able to work in Budapest, Hungary with hybrid work arrangement.
