Senior Ethernet Networking Product Manager: Leading the definition, development, and lifecycle management of Infrastructure Processing Unit (IPU) products with an accent on translating customer needs into actionable product requirements and financial viability. Salary: $137,610–$265,870 USD

What you will do

  • Collect and refine customer feature requirements for IPU products in partnership with silicon and software architects.
  • Document detailed product requirements and specifications in collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for engineering teams across all phases of the product life cycle.
  • Define product pricing strategies, assess financial viability, and own long-term revenue forecasts.
  • Manage customer sampling plans across all development milestones.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify Ethernet industry trends and influence product strategy.
  • Create and present customer-facing product collateral to drive IPU adoption and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field with at least 4+ years of experience.
  • Experience in product management focused on Ethernet networking, cloud/data center solutions, or semiconductor products.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Possess strong technical acumen to engage effectively with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree (MBA) or related field with at least 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols and data center system architectures.
  • Familiarity with Hyperscaler or NeoCloud data center deployments, especially networking solutions.
  • Experience with ASIC/SoC development cycles and vendor management.
