What you will do

  • Configure and program AI-driven applications including NLU, ACD, IVR, ASR, and CRM integrations.
  • Lead the design and rollout of multiple AI and bot applications aligned with industry best practices.
  • Maintain and optimize both generative and legacy AI models to enhance operational outcomes.
  • Conduct business analysis and provide subject matter expertise during client consultations.
  • Collaborate with project managers on end-to-end project execution and risk analysis.
  • Mentor project teams and develop technical documentation for emerging digital products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience with at least 1 year in digital channels or AI/Bot applications.
  • Proven expertise in contact center technologies, CRM integrations, and APIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset and capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, NLU techniques, and contact center KPIs.
  • Professional communication and leadership skills with a strong sense of ownership.
