What you will do

- Drive alignment on data and resource requirements using the OKR framework.
- Synthesize experimental results into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Remove roadblocks to maintain team momentum and ensure timely delivery of insights.
Requirements
- Experience working with OKRs to set direction and evaluate outcomes.
- Solid experience applying Scrum and Agile practices.
- Ability to operate in environments with constrained resources.
- Understanding of AI-enabled solutions, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.
- Background in project or change management within innovation-driven contexts.
