- Conduct field visits and capture high-quality video interviews with key stakeholders.
- Produce a broadcast-quality 8-12 minute documentary film.
- Create short-form advocacy and social media video cuts.
- Compile a curated, metadata-rich photo library for each project state.
- Ensure all content complies with branding, ethical storytelling, and informed consent standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in documentary filmmaking.
- Proven track record of working in humanitarian or complex field environments.
- Technical proficiency with professional 4K video and high-resolution photography equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to produce broadcast-quality multimedia products.
- Strong understanding of ethical visual storytelling and informed consent practices.
- Must be able to work within strict timelines and manage field-based project logistics.
