  • Define and tune IT processes and implement IT policies to optimize productivity and security.
  • Oversee daily IT operations and promptly resolve technical issues.
  • Provide end-user training and technical support.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to minimize downtime.
  • Test new products and maintain end-user asset inventory.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Vilnius, Lithuania or able to work in hybrid model with Work From Anywhere option.
  • Proven experience as IT Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, and remote access technologies.
  • Strong networking and security knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
