What you will do

  • Own the master calendar, production timeline, and logistics for all Executive Engagement programs and events.
  • Project manage Curiosity Club dinners, Advisory Boards, and Executive Getaway events from planning to follow-up.
  • Coordinate certification courses and masterclasses, including enrollment, participant communications, scheduling, venue and tech setup, materials, and certificates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer Success and Sales teams, making it easy for them to engage their accounts.
  • Manage engagement data, CRM accuracy, and reporting dashboards.
  • Own the quality of every participant touchpoint and continuously improve operational playbooks as the function scales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing premium events, executive programs, or customer marketing in a B2B enterprise environment.
  • Track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end.
  • Natural relationship builder, especially with internal teams like Customer Success and Sales.
  • Strong taste and quality instinct, with high organization and attention to detail.
  • Communicate confidently in English (written and verbal) at a level suited for executive audiences.
  • Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment.

  • Background in community building or executive exchange programs.
  • Experience with modern CRM systems and event platforms.
  • Ability to analyze engagement data and produce clear, actionable reports.
