What you will do
- Build GiveDirectly’s understanding of the Climate Finance landscape and entry points for direct cash transfers.
- Position Large Lump Sum cash transfers credibly in relevant climate policy spaces (with a primary focus on adaptation/resilience).
- Provide strategic advisory and representation support aligned with the objectives above.
Requirements
- Submit a technical proposal outlining methodology and phased workplan for delivering on all 3 outcomes.
- Submit a Financial Proposal (inclusive of all taxes and expenses) - including milestone-based payment schedule across the 3 Outcomes + a monthly retainer fee.
- Provide team composition and CVs of key personnel indicating strength and credibility of climate finance expertise and depth of understanding of global climate funds and adaptation architecture. Desirable: Board-level engagement with specific climate Funds.
- Provide examples of similar climate finance advisory engagements.
