Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a high-growth Data/AI/Infrastructure sales leader.
  • Proven experience leading a sales team to achieve new heights.
  • Ability to translate highly technical products into business value for C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in influencing, developing, and empowering employees.
  • Ability to coach Account Executives in prospecting, expansion, and operational rigor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to the C-suite.

Nice to have

  • Experience in big data or selling against open source/freemium models.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
