Salary: $200,000–$240,000 annually

What you will do

  • Lead and manage product marketing and all launch readiness activities for the HPC-Marrow product.
  • Develop and oversee the integrated launch plan, timeline, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal launch governance, workstreams, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Lead Health Care Provider (HCP) campaign strategy, creative development, and omnichannel execution.
  • Oversee preparation of marketing and onboarding materials for transplant centers.
  • Partner with agencies, vendors, and Medical Affairs to deliver aligned educational and scientific tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences field or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, launch readiness, marketing operations, or related roles in biotech, pharma, or medical device industries.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting commercial launches, ideally for hospital-administered, specialty, or complex therapies.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and vendor/agency partnerships.
  • Experience developing HCP educational materials, marketing tools, or launch communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or similar).
  • Experience in hematology, oncology, transplant, cell/gene therapy, or related therapeutic areas.
  • Experience in early-stage or pre-commercial biotech environments.
