What you will do

  • Manage all aspects of project and program engagement including planning, vendor relationships, and communications.
  • Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes and provide executive-level communication and status reporting.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
  • Own the full project life cycle from end to end, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
  • Prepare detailed project plans and manage the day-to-day project activities, including working and steering committees.
  • Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10 years in Project Management
  • Proficiency in wealth investment product processes (Unit Trust, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Insurance).
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure projects proceed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
