What you will do
- Manage all aspects of project and program engagement including planning, vendor relationships, and communications.
- Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes and provide executive-level communication and status reporting.
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
- Own the full project life cycle from end to end, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
- Prepare detailed project plans and manage the day-to-day project activities, including working and steering committees.
- Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
Requirements
- Experience: 10 years in Project Management
- Proficiency in wealth investment product processes (Unit Trust, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Insurance).
- Ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple lines of business.
- Strong understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure projects proceed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
