What you will do
- Act as the subject matter expert for Falcon Flex deal structures, policies, and governance.
- Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including new acquisitions, activations, and renewals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to manage approval workflows for non-standard transactions.
- Perform financial modeling and risk assessment to optimize commercial terms.
- Communicate deal strategy, recommendations, and status updates to senior leadership.
- Drive process and system improvements related to deal execution and automation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, or deal desk roles within a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of subscription and ARR business models.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, BI, and data analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ infrastructure.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional departments including Sales, Finance, and Legal.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
