What you will do

  • Drive strategic projects related to new product introductions and partner programs by documenting processes and identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.
  • Provide analytical rigor and data-driven insights through dashboards and metrics tracking to monitor program health for executive leadership.
  • Synthesize complex business needs into clear requirements and documentation to bridge the gap between technical system requirements and executive strategy.
  • Enable field execution of commercial initiatives by producing process maps, checklists, and UAT plans for new product launches.
  • Act as a point of alignment across RevOps, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure internal systems support the commercialization roadmap.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an MBA program in Spring 2027.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, operations, systems projects, or related fields.
  • Ability to define and break down ambiguous business problems and design efficient processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and experience using AI productivity tools.
  • Must be located in San Francisco, California

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with SQL or Databricks for querying and reporting.
  • Previous experience with go-to-market concepts or platforms like SFDC, CPQ, NetSuite, or Jira.
