What you will do

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering as a strong product trio to discover and solve customer problems.
  • Conduct continuous customer research and experiments to validate assumptions before development.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for product experiences from discovery to launch and optimization.
  • Design impactful, intuitive, and consistent web and app experiences that contribute to product and business goals.
  • Use data, customer insights, and experiment results to guide product vision and decisions.
  • Maintain and expand the design system for consistent user experiences.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years experience as a Product Designer focused on web and mobile apps (iOS & Android)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating discovery and iterative solution development with measurable impact.
  • Experience with continuous discovery including customer interviews and experiment setup.
  • Ability to define complex problems clearly and make focused design choices.
  • Deep knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and platform guidelines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
