What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic business partner to the Head of Public Sector Sales, supporting global planning and execution.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline health for the Public Sector business, including risk assessment and scenario modeling.
  • Lead Pipeline Council / Deal Reviews, ensuring rigor and actionable follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain advanced models covering pipeline coverage, conversion, capacity, and attainment.
  • Partner closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and RevOps to ensure Public Sector is well represented in global planning cycles.
  • Identify structural opportunities to improve GTM efficiency and predictability in the Public Sector.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy, ideally within a hyper-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Public Sector experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and modeling skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to operate as a thought partner to senior sales leadership.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence without authority.
  • Comfortable operating globally across regions and time zones.
