What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
  • Drive the design and development of scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to define product roadmaps.
  • Oversee the entire product development cycle from design to release.
  • Implement best practices in software development (e.g., code reviews, automated testing).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on cloud-native infrastructure and data management platforms.
  • Proven leadership skills managing and mentoring engineering teams (8-10 engineers).
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, Golang, and shell scripts.
  • Strong understanding of server platforms and OS fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of hardware-agnostic solutions and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Hypervisors, containers, container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
