What you will do
- Own the full onboarding and integration lifecycle for new international merchants, ensuring an excellent launch experience.
- Drive strategic partnerships with commercial teams to accelerate go-to-market timelines.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with tech, product, and operations to simplify complex integrations and solve challenges in real time.
- Analyze integration and performance data to identify improvement areas and proactively strengthen international processes.
- Provide strategic input to commercial negotiations with technical and product insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international merchants, acting as a trusted long-term partner.
Requirements
- University degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or logistics, with a proven track record in implementation, technical account management, or commercial excellence.
- Strong understanding of API integrations (hands-on experience with Postman or similar tools required).
- Demonstrated experience working with international merchants or cross-border commercial setups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Commercial mindset with a proven track record of shortening time-to-market and improving onboarding processes.
- Experience managing projects and stakeholders in a technical or commercial context.
- Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden (office-first position).
