What you will do

  • Source and recruit candidates for international commercial and sales vacancies using LinkedIn and other social networks.
  • Screen CVs, assess skills, and conduct interviews using reliable selection methods.
  • Guide candidates through the full hiring process to ensure a positive experience and manage offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and records within the Greenhouse system.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written) is essential.
  • Proven experience as an agency or in-house recruiter, specifically delivering sales recruitment.
  • Experience in EMEA recruitment and familiarity with the financial services sector.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commute to the office in Warsaw for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Previous experience working in international in-house TA roles.
