What you will do
- Independently lead the production of complete video assets and product walkthroughs, ensuring high-quality storytelling.
- Use After Effects to innovate new ways of visualizing software, turning abstract concepts into high-quality animations.
- Act as a "video authority" for your assigned projects, advising on the "how" of production.
- Manage the full lifecycle of a project, from shooting and directing talent to solving technical hurdles.
- Maintain organized project files and libraries to enable faster versioning.
Requirements
- 3+ years in video production or motion design, ideally within a B2B SaaS or agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical video concepts clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to how video tasks serve specific business functions.
