What you will do

  • Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
  • Identify project stakeholders and establish user classes and characteristics.
  • Conduct iterative requirements sessions with project team to define functional system requirements via workshops, use cases, scenarios and other methods.
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements.
  • Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
  • Conduct campaign analysis in SQL environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering, plus three years of experience in the position offered or a Business Analyst, Senior Analyst or Software Analyst or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering, plus five years of post-Bachelor’s progressively responsible experience in the position offered or a Business Analyst, Senior Analyst or Software Analyst.
  • All required experience must have included writing complex SQL statements to analyze, develop, and reverse-engineer others’ work.
  • Experience in analyzing, eliciting, modeling, verifying, and developing methodology for business and technical requirements.
  • Experience overseeing design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience creating systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), SQL Query, and Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
