What you will do

  • Develop creative strategies and concepts for mobile application promotion.
  • Collaborate with Product and UA teams to boost performance.
  • Optimize creatives based on analytical data and user feedback.
  • Conduct competitor research to analyze market best practices.
  • Create advertisements for META, Google, and other networks.
  • Write briefs for UGC and evaluate results for reworks.

Requirements

  • Experience as a creative producer in performance marketing (minimum 6 months).
  • English: B2 level required.
  • Data-driven approach to creative strategy and optimization.
  • Deep understanding of target audience needs.
  • Ability to create and implement performing creative strategies and engaging content.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
