Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance of Espoo, Finland (Hybrid: primarily in-office with one remote day per week).

What you will do
- Own and manage core digital presence platforms, including the corporate website and PIM.
- Translate business demands into functional and technical specifications for vendor partners.
- Lead solution design, architecture, and backend integrations to ensure seamless system connectivity.
- Steer the technology roadmap in alignment with enterprise standards and business goals.
- Oversee incident resolution and service request management within a multi-vendor environment.
- Optimize backend performance, reliability, and security while proactively managing technical risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Deep experience in platform management, solution design, and technical integration.
- Proven ability to bridge business requirements and functional technical design.
- Strong leadership skills to manage international and cross-functional multi-vendor teams.
- English language proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
- Must be able to commute to the office in Espoo, Finland.
