What you will do
- Orchestrate AI agents to autonomously build and deliver end-to-end features, from UX to database.
- Architect scalable solutions and foundational patterns to launch new partner portals efficiently.

- Drive asynchronous decision-making and documentation using AI assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to refine roadmaps and technical vision.
- Improve codebase safety and efficiency for AI-agent assisted development.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Proven experience directing AI agents and automated workflows for system architecture and maintenance.
- Strong expertise in designing technical guardrails and automated feedback loops.
