What you will do
- Enable the Sales team with insights, expertise, and tools to handle large Enterprise and Public sector accounts.
- Participate in RFP submissions and build responses in collaboration with internal Product, Insurance, and Sales experts.
- Understand prospects' needs, assess functional alignment, and identify product gaps.
- Act as the voice of the customer to feed the platform roadmap.
- Support customer acquisition and prepare handovers for onboarding.
- Coordinate complex customer onboardings leveraging deep knowledge of specific requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
- Strong active listening and requirements elicitation skills.
- Ability to break down complex issues and define product solutions in a high-stakes environment.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Assertiveness and ability to handle objections without overselling.
Nice to have
- Experience with the French Public Sector.
- Knowledge of HRIS ecosystems and Payroll solutions.
- Experience in Insurance or Health platforms.
