What you will do

  • Engage in software license compliance activities, including advisory, usage assessments, and anti-piracy initiatives.
  • Interpret complex licensing information, transaction records, and usage data under guidance from senior team members.
  • Prepare internal reports, summaries, and executive-level dashboards.
  • Create clear, well-structured presentation materials to support internal stakeholder discussions.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure engagement timelines and milestones are met.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with internal compliance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with high discretion.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and operate within a structured environment.

Nice to have
