What you will do
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly financial dashboards tracking revenue, cash flow, and expenses.
- Forecast cash flow for 3, 6, and 12-month periods while monitoring inventory and spending risks.
- Improve financial reporting structures in Xero and oversee bookkeeping operations.
- Implement and manage SOPs for expense approvals, purchase tracking, and budget control.
- Develop and guide pricing strategies, margin improvements, and capital planning.
- Manage accounting and bookkeeping teams to ensure timely compliance and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer brand finance.
- Expertise in cash flow forecasting and complex financial modeling.
- Strong ability to simplify complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Proactive communication skills and a commercial, strategy-focused mindset.
