  • Design and implement research throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Proactively collaborate with design, product, clinical, and commercial teams to define a research roadmap.
  • Build on past research and evolve insights over time, driving impact by effectively communicating findings to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Take ownership in defining the role of UX Research at Spring Health.

Requirements

  • Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years proven track record conducting UX Research with product teams.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to make measurable impact, turning insights into action.
  • Experience with and enthusiasm around working on a cross-functional product development team.
